The premise
Between Surveys is about the work that happens when no surveyor is in the building.
We look at the gap between written policy and actual practice, between a corrective action and sustained control, between a requirement and the operating system meant to support it. That is where risk accumulates. It is also where resilient organizations distinguish themselves.
A finding is rarely born on survey day.
